Hello,
My name is Steve and I have suffered from panic attacks or 'The Horrors' as I call them for about 20 years on and off.
I have only been looking around this site for about an hour and I think it is going to help me enourmously as it contains so many posts from complete strangers who feel and think exactly the way that I do.
I look forward to getting to know you more and to offer any help or advice I can to fellow sufferers.
