gagging

hi guys
i get the gagging and wreching in the mornings that others have posted about
but today when i was due to go out and was very anx i was gagging and there was nothing to come up and at one point i felt as if my airway was blocked
has anyone else had this
sumone suggested to me it may be air as there was nothing to come up

I get that almost every morning. With my its just the anxiety of having to go through another day! Id rather sleep. Its a perfectly normal symptom of anxiety. I can assure you that your airways are not blocked.
Just allow the gag to happen. Dont think about it and it will go. Drink water slowly and breath deeply my friend.
