Help SCARED....brown mark on hand, what is it??

Hello

I notice a mark on my hand at the base of my finger. It looks stained, as if I have stained it with hair dye or something, dark brown about a cm wide and then there is a faint trace of the same thing going down my finger. I am now panicing it is blood under the skin. I have scrubbed and scrubbed, but it doesn't get any lesser.

Now I jusy looked at my face and have noticed two marks similar in colour in symmetrical places, about an inch under my eyes. I am scared, what on earth could it be. Am i bleeding under my skin?????????? :(

Have you had any hormonal changes lately, fairy, like starting on the pill, or changing to a different type of pill? There's a condition called melasma which is a benign skin pigmentation in response to hormonal changes in women

Not saying that's what you have, just a suggestion. Apparantly stress can make you more susceptible to it. Have you showed your doctor? I really doubt that it's bleeding or anything like that. Try not to worry, chuck :).
