Can I ask does anyone else get really hot and sweat alot. Sorry to be a pain im still trying to understand my anxiety

Yes me too...could be my age too but i used to be just the same when i was younger too. Seems to be mostly my head, face and my neck that gets hot.

I get so hot and sweaty and can hardly bare it (lovely I know) it makes my anxiety so much worse and I always take a bottle of water with me wherever I go

I have this same problem!
I also carry water and also baby wipes cuz for some reason if I wipe my face and neck it cools me off some.
If I'm at home I usually end up with my head in the freezer!!! haha
I feel like a bloomin moron but I'm much cooler!!!

Thanks everyone ive never suffered from it before. But its started getting really bad and its usually the backs of my legs and aroung my chest.

Thanks for all youre responses im slowly getting there understanding whats going on and its good to know im not alone
