tingly chest

Hello its me again
Last night and today my anxiety is really bad, which then kicks off my health anx, Has anyone ever sufferd from what i can only describe as a tingly feeling in there chest??? I woke up with it today and im really worried about how i feel, if thats not enough i get problems with my breathing when im anxious so i seem to be in a bit of a circle that i cant break, would love some advice on this if anyone can help me.

hi polly , i get tingly feelings in chest , feelings of numbness there also there so hard to explain all these different symptoms in chest arent they , anytime need a chat can always pm me take care

I,m new to this site, joined today!!

I get terrible tingling in my back - i've got it now.

I cannot believe how many symptons anxiety can give you.

I just try to keep busy and not dwell on my pains, easier said than done sometimes.
