Hi all,

I was just wondering,

What is Yohoo slurp spider?

When I go to look, who's on line, it says where all memebers are and where guest are, but it says also, yahoo slurp spider, who are they?

Just wondering LOL does anyone know?

I've no idea but there's a Google Spider too!!!!!!!!!!!! Scary stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :scared10: Hope we're not getting caught up in their webs!:scared15:

They are search engines that basically add us to Yahoo and Google which is why we are quite easily found on the internet as both search engines will rate us quite highly.

They basically search for key words in threads so new members have more chance of finding us on the net.

It can only be a good thing at the end of the day but remember that it will also find your post as well so that is why we suggest users do not use their full name on here when registering.
