Extreme tension

Hi,
Does anyone else have this ?
I wake up about 5am feeling extremely tense and like my mind wants my body to go fast and I'm trying to hold it all back, I then feel extremly tense all day and just can't let go or wind down.
It could be linked to my racing heart fear or my fear of having a panic attack.

I get the same thing and find a 5mg Diazepam fixes it

Is it another anxiety symptom then ?, I wish I could take a Diazapam but although it was prescribed in the early stages of my illness my Doc and therapist have advised me not to take them because of a possible reaction with my heart drugs.
