Weird half of the face

Oh well, I'm deep in the brain tumor rabbit hole. Today I've noticed that when I get some shivers, I feel them more intensely on the left side of my face. It led me into thinking that this is another one of my "symptoms". I'm so scared again. Can anybody relate?

My face was vibrating in a shivery fashion a couple of days ago. I thought, "oh yeah, anxiety doing it's thing again", carried on with what I was doing and it went away.
There'd be a time that would have stopped me in my tracks and I would ruminate for hours /days over it, but what's the the point in that, it doesn't help.
