Hi ,
Back on here after a very long spell doing really well, I keep getting unsteady lightheaded feeling that I have always got but it’s a bit more frequent and more noticeable, I have tinnitus and hearing loss and possibly Ménière’s disease but for years Iv e dealt with tbis quite well , but it’s really effecting me now and I’m quite concerned it’s brain related .
Any advice on what I should look out for if it is more sinister ?
