Hi there, I 31 years old and suffer from HA and GA. I have had HA tendencies for as long as I can remember (my mother is very health concious) but it's become a lot more severe after I had my first child at 27.
It's always aggravated by PMS and if I'm on the pill.
Anyway hopefully I'll be able to talk to people like myself as I don't know many (a part from my cousin who is exactly the same if not worse).
Really happy to be joining. :D
