Hi everyone! 👋🏼

I’m 37 and struggling more than ever at the moment with crippling anxiety, mostly health related. I take citalopram and propranolol. My dad died very suddenly, unexpectedly in 2011 and I think it’s been since then. I constantly feel like I can’t breathe with terrible back and chest aches. I don’t sleep well at all, I can’t turn off! It’s driving me mad! It’s nice to know I’m not alone.
