Uneven Body?

I looked at myself in the mirror today, one entire side of my body is much fatter, my moob on my right is significantly bigger and less defined than the left. This is supremely worrying as i have regular headaches from August 2017, which inspire serious brani tumour worries. Would a brain tumour cause this?

We're asymmetrical by nature. Add to that a skewed perception vs. reality that anxiety causes and there you are.

My left side is different from my right. my.hip is but gger, breast is bigger etc.

Thank you, i'm just worried because it's rather dramatic. I'd say my right hip is almost twice the size of my left Does anyone know what could cause such striking assymetry medically? Or if there's some sort of special name i can google to see causes?
