White small spots in tongue

Hey guys. 2 weeks ago, I had a severe sore throat and blocked nose which lasted for almost a week. During that time, I realized my tongue was super dry (white), and there were white spots at the end of my tongue, where the throat meets. Now, my throat is back to normal, along with my nose. My tongue is generally better considering the dryness and the overall whiteness, but the problem is the white dots/spots still visible at the end of my tongue. I’m not really sure how it was before, since haven’t really checked or focus on it before.
Have any of you experienced something like this ?
