Reducing Ativan/lorazepam

Day 1 of reducing 1mg/day to 0.5mg. A bit anxious, but i guess it's normal. Have been taking it for almost 2 months along with cipralex.

Best of luck, its always a chore coming off or switching meds. It won't last long so power through it!

Thanks. Today is the 2nd day and i have anxiety and panic, i just hope this is just part of the process for reducing and they are not coming back.
