Broken glass has always been an anxiety of mine,
So of course i would knock one off a cabinet. It broke off into pretty big pieces and my partner picked it up, dried it with a tea towel and hovered the room but i'm still worried, i can't pick anything from the floor up in case it still has glass on it, I'm worried to walk out the room/off the bed and so i put my boots on. It's madness and really hard because its a room i use a lot that i'm now afraid to leave or step into.
I'm terrified of fine like pieces that could of got left behind and now i have random areas of my body that feel stabby even though i know glass wouldn't have got there :weep:
