Hi 👋

Just joined. I won’t forget the date I joined (world mental health day❤️)
I live in the south and have struggled with anxiety for some time. Have had cbt and completed a mindfulness course. Mindfulness helps at times..although years of learnt behaviour is difficult to combat, and I find I can struggle a lot worrying that something bad is going to happen, it comes from nowhere 😩
At times a sense of humour helps, when it’s possible of course
