Hello,
I'm a 25 year old male, who has over the recent months developed anxiety and health anxiety too and I really struggle some days.
I have numerous symptoms, and the doctors have reassured me but I still
panic at times.
What I find helps the most is chatting to someone when I have panics.
I'm currently a Manager at a bingo hall, and joining the RAF soon. Live in Yorkshire, UK.
I'm into movies, binge tv, food, anything really, I will talk about anything.
I'm happy to email, whatsapp etc
Ranting, needing of support, anything really.
