Hi. I am suffering from another bought of anxiety which may be menopause related. I am over the really acute bit but am still really struggling to eat and also suffer dry retching. I have lost two stone and don't want to loose any more. The anxiety usually recedes in the evening and I try and shovel food in then. Has anybody tried protein drinks. I've tried complan but I find it's disgusting! Anybody tried anything nicer?

Don't be put off by the muscular men you see in the pictures, it's effectively a high calorie milkshake. It won't make you look like Arnie. It tastes amazing when made with milk. Use a hand held blender for best mixing results.

Healthy Shake to stock up I use:
1 cup of frozen fruit
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup of oats
300ml of almond milk
1 tbsp of olive oil

have that in the evenings and that will help give you good healthy clean energy.
