Muscles weak when tired

Hi everyone,

Does anyone else feel like their muscles are really weak when they haven't had much sleep? It's almost as if they are frail and uncoordinated, feels very strange. I used to get a similar thing when I had a hangover.

I have been a little derealised lately, not as bad as I have been in the past, but sometimes things just feel a bit 'off'. My brain seems to feel the need to just figure things out. My therapist thinks its because I have managed to drop the majority of my health anxieties, (Fishmanpa might remember me going on and on about my throat! Haha) that my brain almost misses having something strong to directly worry about. It's not nice though, and I have the same this morning. Its a horrible distorted view of the world. I feel like I'm going crazy.
