So I've just noticed what feels like 2cm of loose skin inside my mouth on the inner lower back of my gum and when i inspected it, it was bright red and when i touched it with my tongue it bled, i'm not sure wherever to try pulling it out.
I can't go to the dentist because I freeze and I freak out and vomit due to a massive fear of them due to a bad experience.
What could it be?
It's bright red like blood, loose hanging skin probably? but on the inner side of my jaw near my tongue, it bleeds when i touch it, doesn't hurt or feel numb.
Are my gums rotting?
I'm so scared.
