Head pressure when sitting?

I feel like sometimes when I'm sitting on my couch the pressure in my head gets worse. I was just diagnosed with vertigo could it be from that? I'm terrified I have a brain tumor. Help me please.

Likely to be the vertigo, I had this too. Part and parcel of anxiety I'm afraid :(

Yeah, totally an anxiety thing. In fact, I am anxious as can be, and am experiencing the same thing right now.
