Sinus infection

I hava all of the sinus infection symptoms especially pressure behind my eyes and sinus headaches and phantom smells but an infection didn't show up on the MRI?! Anyone know if anything else could cause these symptoms?!

No I thought I had one but I got an MRI because I thought I had a brain tumor

An infection didn't show up, I'm also suspecting that a brain tumour didn't show up either.

Given that, what is that you're worried about?

You probably have very bad allergies. Happened to me. I kept thinking I had sinus infections but no infection showed up in the CT scan. ENT recommended using a saline rinse ehichvO make myself and it has worked wonders.
