When a Lymph node swells in response to an infection is it normal for it to feel attached to the muscle in your neck? Is it also normal for it to be sausaged shaped when other lymph nodes have been pea shaped?

Call your doctor and have it checked out. He/She will tell you what's normal.

Thank you Mochi. My Doctor felt them mid December and I am just waiting for blood test results. All the others have shrunk since she felt them, but one appears to be getting bigger and that is the sausage shaped one. It feels as though it is pressing on a nerve or something as I'm having tingling down my neck, under my chin, up to my ear and down to my collar bone. It's only on that side. I'm worrying so much
