Hi ive just joined and just wanted to introduce myself, my name is sarah and im 29. I have suffered severe ocd since i was 11 and been on many anti depressents since. i stupidly went cold turkey on clomipramine otherwise known as anafranil (may have miss spelt that) and started taking valium i was on 100mg a day and have managed to get myself down to 12.50mg :) i want to come off clomipramine because they are bad for you...but i am struggling, everytime i lower the dose i go through hell, anyone here manged to come off it? x
