Hello guys!I'm Christina, 24-year-old female and have been suffering of sickness phobia for the last three years which, from time to time, are causing me chest pains, swallowing problems and lots of muscle cramps and contractions. About 10 days ago i had a muscle cramp in my head during sleep, which although was instant seemed a bit intense to me and ever since i've been freaking out causing me more muscle cramps and severe headaches. I know i have a lot to study in this God-sent forum but it's just that i'm not sure if muscle cramps can indeed cause migraines or if it's me to blame due to overthinking. I hope i'll have the opportunity to get to know a lot of you and hopefully make some new friends along the way!
