About a week ago I posted here convinced I had tonsil cancer. Since then I have become convinced I have MS, due to constant itching, tingling and shooting pains in my neck and limbs, along with twitches and nausea after eating. I saw my GP who diagnosed post viral fatigue (I recently had a glandular fever like virus and still have severe gland and tonsil swelling). I finished my period two weeks who and today had abdominal pain and bled - I usually have my period every six weeks, sometimes longer. I have been in constant pain, sobbing all the time, panicking non stop... Am I really doing all this to myself?? I sat in the bath for two hours earlier scratching at my skin because I itched so much, convinced of either cancer or MS (and syphilis at one point). The symptons are very real and painful, I don't know what to di
