I went to the doctor on Monday about a problem I was worried about, he examined me and said it was anxiety causing it all and no need to panic.
Last night I was trying to reverse my car in a busy area. all of a sudden my eyes went a bit funny then my head was spinning. it was over in a matter of seconds. Today I was scrolling through something on the internet and the same thing happened again. It has happened to me before and then gone away and I haven't had it for a long time. has anyone else had this type of thing. :weep::weep::weep::weep::weep:

Hi Donna.
It's funny you should mention that. It's actually fairly common to get bizarre symptoms around your head when turning your head sharply for any given length of time. I believe it's to do with a sudden movement of fluid in the ear which then 're-calibrates' itself upon turning your head back round. Nothing to worry about
