It's week 8 of withdrawing from Cipralex. I was on 15 mg, stopped it, then had to reinstate 5 mg to help with the horrible withdrawal symptoms that I developed.
On the internet it says that withdrawal can last for many months and even years. That makes me feel hopeless and desperate.
Has anybody gotten through withdrawal quicker than that? It's been 2 months for me and so far no improvement :(
I feel so scared and alone. I regret and blame myself for ever starting these meds. I feel horrible.
