Just wondering if feeling lightheaded after taken antiboics...anxiey or reaction

I would totally say anxiety. I had an allergic reaction to Penicillin almost 10 years ago and lightheadedness was not a symptom.
When I first started taking Propranolol for my panic attacks I could barely feel my legs and when I was walking back from the school I was convinced the meds had affected me somehow. Turns out it was anxiety!
They can upset your tummy though. But it's short lived and worth it as you have obviously been given antibiotics for a reason
