Cold tingling sensation in back of head

Hey guys, I'm so worried about brain tumours which is why im here with my current situation :(

I have this cold sensation in the back of my head, and this dull headache in my forehead. I've been up since 5am, and now I'm home trying to have a nap but the pain is worrying me :(

Any ideas?

I have the same and I'm convinced I have a brain tumour. I also get the sensation of trickling water and worry it could be a brain bleed. I'm begging my gp for a mri scan.
