Day 6 of Celexa horrible headaches that happen at night and wake me up

Newbie here😉 prescribed Celexa for anxiety. Day 6 and headaches and stomach burning. Picked up some Ranitidine and it's helping a little, but these headaches!!! They're in the back of my head and when I'm asleep they wake me up. Any suggestions to alleviate headache?
