Fear of cancer

Hi all my name is mike, in my mind i have had everycancer u can think of since my sister was diagnosed with waldenstroms disease 6 mths ago at age just 41. Every twinge i get is bowel cancer, iv had complete blood counts including esr ferritin and thyroid test, yet every day is a struggle.i press and prod my abdomen till its sore, makin everything worse. Any help or advice greatly appreciated. I know im mad, i feel so daft
