Hi all
I'm 31, one child, live with partner.
Just realised I have severe anxiety issue as confirmed by therapist.
Am awaiting dates for my CBT sessions.
I think I've had it most of my life and never realised.
As someone that supports people with these issues I never thought I would have them myself!!
All new and welcome support.
