Am I having a panic attack??

Hiya.
I was wondering if anyone here could help me. For the past couple of hours I have been having really noticeable heart palpitations.

I have had them in the past, but it was only ever one or two thuds a day. I kinda have had something like this one morning at work but it only lasted ten minutes. This has been on and off for 4 hours!!!

I am in a panic because I didn't feel anxious at all this morning, went about my business at then it started and I am really starting to worry now :-(

Has anyone had this? Is this a panic attack? I would say my two major symptoms are the palpitations (it's like I am ether skipping a beat or too many beats) and tingling in my arms.

Hmmm it doesn't sound like a panic attack

Panic attacks include
Racing heart
Breathless
Lightheaded/dizzy
Feeling of passing out
Choking feeling
The list is endless

It feels like your dying and theres nothing you can do about it.

From what ive read it sounds like your having heart palpitations caused by anxiety as.your worrying over them.
