Panic attack right now over tongue..scared

Hi everyone, I am in the midst of a panic and I am so disappointed, I was finally having a positive day.
I was on my computer ordering my texts for next semester and the middle of my tongue got all tingly and then I felt like I couldn't swallow. My mouth still feels all tingly and and I'm a shaking mess!

I've been having tingly tongue as well. Also constantly feels like there's a hair on my tongue or a lump.. been having issues for three months now :-(

Just wanted to thank everyone again. Its so frustrating when you finally have a somewhat calm morning and then get hit like that. Feeling disappointed in myself.
