need friends who understand

Hi I'm Carol im 45 yrs old and I have fibromyalgia, costochondritis, health anxiety and I suffer from severe panic attacks. I cant go out on my own so unless my eldest lads are around to take me out im stuck in the house. I have no friends who visit anymore as they just don't understand however I do have a good groyp of friends on fb who suffer with fibro etc who do understand. Sorry for rattling on. Hi everyone

No need to be sorry. I sometimes feel like I am alone too and nobody understands. I think with our anxiety and panic it's normal to feel that way but its not the case. Many people our in the same shoes as us. Hope you get the help you want and deserve.

Welcome, Carol. I don't have specific knowledge about your conditions but I hope you meet people who can relate here. I can and do relate to the panic though and health issues do make it so much worse. Keep at it :)
