Hi all. I'm Lisa, 34, I have suffered health anxiety for nearly 5 years now. Have tried just dealing with it, cbt and very recently, ssri's....none of which work for me. So glad I found this site as I've just stopped taking Prozac today after only ten days (it was horrific!) and have decided enough is enough. This horrible disorder has had 5 years of my life....no more.

I'm looking forward to getting advice, little tips, stories and most of all meeting people who actually know how I feel.
