Sad today

I'm not a very huggy person but today a hug would be nice.
The anniversaries of losing my mum, my dad and my husband all come in the next couple of weeks and today i feel very lonely. I know this feeling will pass but I feel a bit yuck at the moment.
Just thought I'd post this as it feels a bit better just writing it down, :blush:
