hi all
I have recently added l-glutamine to my daily omega-3 intake.

I think it has really lowered my anxiety levels.
anyone else tried glutamine?

Thanks for that link, it's really interesting, especially as I'm taking 5HTP.
I have tried an amino acid complex but not specifically glutamine. I've read how beneficial the amino acids can be and I spoke to my GP about GABA (as I'd heard that was excellent for anxiety, but can now only be prescribed) - however she did not have GABA as licensed for anxiety so wouldn't prescribe it.
Interesting to hear it is working for you and from the link I guess I can take it with the 5HTP. I may well give that a try!

4)chamomile
5)kava
I regularly take glut+omega, other take when needed.
