How to get started....

I'm a mid-40's guy, who has suffered occasionally from depression, and low self esteem.

I hold down a pretty senior job, and try to be a good Dad to my daughters (17 and 16yo), the eldest of whom lives with me (long story!)

Got divorced 11 years ago. Entered another relationship a couple of years later, which ended earlier this year. Lost my Mum last year, so a couple of big losses to try and deal with.

Have three rescue cats :)

Hi John :welcome: I'm divorced 13 years two sons oldest one lives with me (27) and wont leave lol, I have two rescue cats. This site is very friendly, full of info and help.

Hi im 36 and have had health anxiety for many years last week i thought i found 2 lumps in my breast went to doctor on fri and she said it was normal but go back in a couple of weeks then at the weekend my armpit was very sore theres a swollen gland there im really scared
