please can someone give me some advice I have had a couple of good weeks then wham this morning all systoms back aniexty feels as bad as when I first had it. then I had chronic aniexty twenty four seven could not eat or sleep felt I was going mad I don't want to go back there what if this dose not stop this time what if it is for months again really afraid I am so scared of the aniexty symptoms I am so afraid don't know what to do please help

Tracey I'm looking for a lot of answers myself. But if you have felt ok recently I am site you will again. Can you think what you did differently from today a few weeks ago or has there been an event to trigger that you can try and work thru
