Im new to this site, but looking for a little reassurance ....... struggling a little but trying to deal with the anxiety with cbt.....reassurance needed x

Hi Susan. This anxiety lark is crap isn't it. Now four weeks in to CBT I can find it difficult to remember sometimes what I'm supposed to be doing when the mind is fuzzled with negativity. Just remember like everything else you get better at it with practice. That's what I try to remember anyway. A bit of an Inspector Dreyfuss moment in the Pink Panther!!

Welcome to the forum, Susan. I am currently practicing CBT for the second time, battling anxiety and depression. You will find a great deal of support here from like-minded people. Good luck on your journey.
