My name is Terry from Alberta Canada! I have Panic Disorder and have been trying CBT and most recently exposure therapy. I occasionally will take ativan to get through the day but look forward to the day when I do not need it. As with many of us, I have become somewhat of an expert on anxiety and also would like to help others in the same situation!!:hugs:
