Flat as a pancake

Hi all.my little run of confedence has dryed up.last 4 days feel constant tirednes and feel very flat..i hate these drop offs.everything i felt possitive about,now seem imposible to feel good about.

Aw bless you... from your use of the phrase 'these drop offs' I am assuming this happens fairly often? Maybe you could tell me about the last run of confidence, what happened, how that felt? Were you able to do new things? Sometimes we are too close to ourselves to see the progress...

Well Speranza.iv been feeling pritty good for a while.settled on my medication not feeling tired in the day..but over the last few days or so,iv felt flat,dull unrefreashed,not upbeat fighting life as i was before.iv had little episodes like this before.its just that when you get them ,everything seems so bad again,even stuff you had under control before.it all seems dark again.so im spending days thinking about what im thinking about.i feel depressed
