hello my name is crystal I have been struggling fron panic and anxiety since 2000 after my daughter died I have tried quit a few drugs for anxiety and panic disorders I also have a bit of an ocd thing as well I obsess about stupid things I was doing good for a while then out of the blue while on vacation I started with the panic attacks I am now on sick leave beacause of it and rarely leave the house they are trying diferent meds and im starting counceling 2nd of july to try to get this under control I sometimes worry I will never get my life back I have to be better by aug 1st and that freaks me out as well I want to stop worrying about everything and have something work I started Prozac almost 2 weeks ago along with Xanax for flair ups anyone else have similar problems any advice or just talk anything at this point will help im glad I found this website thanks
