Hi my name is Susan and I have just joined the group , I have had anxiety now for a few months not really sure why but I was under a lot of stress so I think maybe that's what triggered off the anxiety I have had to have a month off work as the physical systems were so bad on meds and back at work we love to chat to others in the same situation as myself thanksxx
