Does anyone else feel like this

Hi guys and gals
hope you all not too bad

I just wondered if anyone feels like me at the moment and that is I am just coasting through day to day life safe in my comfort zones and managing to work and go see friends but anything away from 3 miles from my house that's it panic sets in yet I should be stretching myself to go further yet seem to have a block ....................

Sorry as I know many of you love have trouble with the above and I don't want to offend anyone but it's how I feel so sorry and I come here for advice xxxxxxxxxxx

I'm very much like you Mike , I go to college and boxing gym but I am always on alert and worried about things and anxious about seeing people I don't want to see or have in my life, I am very lonely and anxiety is starting to get the better of me , I have no one who understands to talk to , if everyone close to me understood what I am battling through they would understand why I am always nervous around them , I'm sure you can relate
