Well the day has come , i been to see my gp today routine appointment for a meds review , i explained to him that i wasnt sure if the meds were helping me anymore as i had been forgetting to take them and seemed to feel a bit better , he has advised me stop taking them now , see how i go and make an appointment to see him at the end of the month !!!! I am soooooo chuffed and am determined that yesterday will be my last day on medication , so wish me luck all and ill try to keep you updated on my progress :yahoo:Just remember there is a light at the end of the tunnel , it just takes some of us a bit longer to find it x
