hi there its so good to find people who have the same problems as me its so scarey at times . im forever at the doctors as im so scared of having a serious illness most of the time im just been silly im so paranoid i think it stems from when i lost my dad i was 18 im now 27 and got worse over the years at the moment im getting tight chest feel like i cant breathe i hate feeling like this :weep: sarah xxx

this anxiety is taking over my life worry worry is all i do ......... tight chest feeling like someones hands are round my throat horrible :(

i know sassy they arnt very understanding i dont want to feel like this i just do xxx my breathing has got worse headaches i keep waking up and twich i dont know if its because im tensed and not relaxed heart palpitations when i lay in bed im scared stiff i just want it to stop xxxx
