Hope you're feeling OK, hopefully asleep:shrug:. I've had early morning waking 4-5am for the past few weeks, I try playing games, reading etc but the anxiety can be overwhelming if you let it. Have you tried getting up, making a cup of (caffiene free) tea, having a little to eat and sit out in your garden if you have one? I know it's dark at that time but a short walk, if it's safe, may help you too. Then get back into bed and try to have another hours sleep.
Thankfully I've had two better nights sleep taking Zopiclone and Paracetamol and have slept until 7, I'm waking feeling more relaxed in the morning too.
Hope tonight is better for you, I'm not going to take the Zopiclone tonight as I'm hoping I've got back into the habit of sleeping and don't want to become dependant on them so if I'm awake at 5 tomorrow I'll be here and we can have a chat:D
